Refund policy
Article 10 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products. In the event of multiple purchases made by the buyer with a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the date of receipt of the last product. The user who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it to Felisi di Felloni Anna-Lisa sas using the appropriate withdrawal form on the site, which can be sent by registered letter with return receipt to the address: Via G. Calvino 34, 44122 Ferrara, or through an explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract sent by registered mail with return receipt. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to Felisi di Felloni Anna-Lisa sas in via G. Calvino 34, 44122 Ferrara.

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts, including the internal packaging and accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles) and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the amount of the products subject to the withdrawal will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days, including any shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the product will be charged to the customer. The refund will be made through the same means of payment chosen by the customer during the purchase. As required by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Felisi di Felloni Anna-Lisa sas may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or until the buyer demonstrates that he has returned the goods.
Article 11 - Responsibility
Felisi di Felloni Anna-Lisa sas assumes no responsibility for any disservices caused by force majeure events or unforeseeable circumstances or if there is a malfunction of the site or the internet.
Art. 12 – Safeguard clause
In the event that one of the clauses of these Conditions is void for any reason, this will in no case compromise the validity and compliance with the other provisions contained in these Conditions.

Art. 14 – Applicable law
These Conditions are governed by Italian law, as is the interpretation of these Conditions.
Art. 15 – Jurisdiction
Any disputes inherent and/or consequent to these Conditions must be resolved exclusively by the Court of Ferrara.

Art. 16 – Applicable law and dispute settlement
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the consumer code in Chapter I "Consumer rights in contracts", with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.
In the event of disputes arising from the General Conditions of Sale between the Company Felisi di Felloni Anna-Lisa sas and each of its end users, we inform you that the European Commission provides a platform for the alternative out-of-court resolution of disputes, accessible on the website http ://ec.europa.eu/odr.
